Terms and Conditions
Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is required to secure the booking of services.
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client 48h prior to the agreed starting date.
The deposit will be applied towards the final payment of the total service fee.
Payment
The remaining balance of the total service fee is due on the day of the service or event.
Payment can be made in cash or via electronic transfer.
If payment is not made on the day of the service or event, a late fee of 5% will be added to the total service fee.
In case of non-payment or late payment, atelier décor has the right to withhold any service or product until
payment is made in full.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation within 48h of the agreed starting date by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of
cancellation by atelier décor the full deposit will be refunded to the client. atelier décor has the right to cancel services if the client fails to make payment on the due date.

Changes
Any changes to the service or event must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. If changes to the service or event are made by the client, the total service fee may be adjusted accordingly.

Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
The client agrees to allow atelier décor to use photos or videos of the service or event for marketing purposes,
unless otherwise stated in writing.
Limitation of liability
While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and quality of our services, atelier décor should not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the extent covered by our liability insurance. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their property is safe and secure during the organizing process.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date will be due immediately.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, or the service agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW Australia]. Any legal actions or proceedings will be brought in the courts of NSW Australia.
Changes to Terms
Atelier décor reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
